I notice Bhutan hotels don't have a tradition of providing a Welcome Fruit Basket or stocked-up Mini Fridge / Bar, even for their VIP guests.  Most don't provide complimentary newspapers to the room as well.

No worries for these ladies - they're well-prepared for all contingencies..
